Q. Do you charge candidates to work with you?
A. No. Our clients pay for our services.
Q. Why should I work with a recruiter?
A. As a company we have built strong long-term relationships with our
clients. We work directly with hiring managers and present your
information directly to the person who makes the hiring decision. We can
get you in to see the right person for your first interview instead of
dancing around HR. We also have many opportunities we are working on at
any given time. By working with a recruiter you will learn about job
openings that are not advertised for in any other place.
Q. I am already working with another recruiter, can I work with you too?
A. If you choose to work with us, you will need to work exclusively with
us. We don’t want you to appear as desperate to a hiring authority so if
you have worked with another recruiter in the past we will need you to
be upfront with us and let us know where you have already interviewed
etc. If you choose to continue working with other recruiters, the best
we can do is wish you the best of luck.
Q. What do I need to do to work with you?
A. Just give us a call. We will need to see either a resume or at least
an outline of your work history. You should expect to spend up to 60
minutes discussing your work history with us, as well as your strengths
and weaknesses. Depending on your background, we will ask that you fill
out a complete electronic profile. We will need to discuss sensitive
information with you regarding your income. For some positions, such as
sales, we will need to see proof of your history in the form of old
commission statements, paycheck stubs, or a W-2. Please rest assured
that all of your personal information will be kept 100% confidential.
Q. What jobs do you have available?
A. We try to keep our online job search updated with all of our current
jobs. You will notice that the job descriptions are vague. That is
because these jobs are real actual jobs that we are working on and we
need to keep most of their information confidential. We try to keep
highly sensitive jobs off of our website so there may be other
opportunities available besides the ones you see listed here.
Q. I don’t have a resume, can I still work with you?
A. Yes. We have found that most of our hiring authorities are more
interested in our electronic profiles and our descriptions of candidates
than just their resume alone. Some companies do require a paper resume
with a work history on it once the interview process moves along, so it
is a good idea to at least begin working on putting one together.
Q. What if my current employer is one of your clients?
A. If you are currently working for one of our clients we will have to
respectfully turn you down in your quest for assistance in finding new
employment. You can rest assured that your inquiry will remain 100%
confidential.
